[Description of membership ]

Goodmo Family has three membershio tiers. After registration , you may be upgraded based on your toatal purchase (excluding cancelled orders) within 12 months. 

  • General Member

            -Total Purchase NT$1-5,799元

  • Sliver Member

           -Total PurchaseNT$5,800-9,999元

  • Platinum Member

           -Total PurchaseNT$10,000 or above

  • The above membership perk offers are limited to the offical website and are not applicable to pet fairs.
  • The memberships of pet parents who have made purchases on the official website prior to 2020-03-15 have been upgraded based on your total purchases. 
  • For pet parents who has made purchases at pet fairs prior to 2020-03-15, due to system upgrade and compatibility, only purchases made at pet fairs after March 2020 are valid toward your membership status.

[ When is membership upgraded ?]

  • Purchasing on the offical website : Once you make an order that qualifies you for a higher membership tier, the upgrade will be completed within 1 business day of the payment.
  • Purchasing at pet fairs: Once you make a purchase that qualifies you for a higher membership tier, the upgrade will be completed within 1 business day.

[ Qualification for membership extention]

  • Each membership tier is valid for one year (12 months) from the upgrade date .
  • Membership are extended with certain amount of spending within one year of the upgrade. 

Sliber Members can extend their memberships by spending NT$5,800 within a year.

Platinum Members can extend their memberships by spending NT$10,000 within a year.

  • If the total spending does not meet the requirements of any membership tier, you’ll become a general member after the expiration of the original membership tier.

[ Notes ]

  • If you do not register/log in to the membershio system ,your orders will not count toward the qualification of a higher membership system,ypir orders will not count toward the qualification of a higher membership tier or enjoy member discounts.

 

  • After logging in,members can go to [My Account] to view their current membership tiers , vaild store credits,and membership points.

 

  • The accumulated spending of members cannot be combined across accounts.

 

  • Membership points and store credits that come with a certain amount in purchases are calculated by deducting the amount of [promotional discount] and [store credits]. [Shipping] and [additional charges] are not included. The system adds points and store credits to qualified accounts once an order is [paid and picked up].

 

  • Membership points and store credits are exclusive to members.  Members must be logged in when checking out to be eligible. Please note that simply checking [I want to become a member] during checkout does not mean being logged in.

 

  • Cancelled orders or refunds are not counted toward the total spending. Store credits used in cancelled orders will not be returned.

 

  • The order that qualifies for a membership update will not be double counted toward membership extension.

 

  • GoodMo Family reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes.

 

  • GoodMo Family reserves the right to modify, suspend or change the details of the rules at any time without notice.
